Returns Policy:

In the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to replace it free of charge, and will refund any return shipping costs. If an item is purchased in error we will refund its purchase price, providing it is still in its original condition, but not the shipping costs. In any case, please contact us first we are reasonable people and will do what we can to help.

Order Processing Hours:

Mon - Friday 9am - 3.30pm
Sat-Sun: Items bought on weekends cannot be processed or despatched until the following working day.

Payment:

Payment must be made within 7 days of end of auction. 

Shipping:

Orders generally under £50 will ship via Royal Mail First Class
Orders over £50 or heavier items will ship via UKMAIL 24hr delivery
